Return Policy
Because our products are secondhand and upcycled, we do not accept returns on most items. However, if you purchase a custom item, and would like it tailored, refit, and anything else, just reach out! We are happy to assist.
We encourage communication with your designer throughout the process to ensure you get exactly what you want. In cases where you're unhappy or something doesn't fit right, we will work with the designer to make it right.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on the designer's defined timeline, but since there is logistics also involved, most redesigns take 2-4 weeks. More intricate pieces, such as detailed patchwork or hand-stitched elements, may take longer to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
Each item is carefully constructed from upcycled materials, following a slow fashion approach that prioritizes attention to detail over mass production.
